Every row below is a live check, run when this page was rendered and cached for ten seconds — except the probes that spend a credential or a write — the LLM provider keys, the KV round-trip and the dead-letter read are held for up to a minute, the Stripe key for five — so this page cannot be used to hammer a supplier. We do not publish an uptime percentage: we publish what the checks returned and the incidents we recorded.

What we actually check.
Each check is wrapped in a three-second timeout and never throws — a hung dependency degrades its own row rather than the page. The diagnostic line behind each state is kept for our operators; this page publishes the state.
